Modus S.A. is implementing the project “Intelligent Digital Management of Approvals – Contracts”, within the framework of the program “Development of Digital Products and Services” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

The main objective of the project is the development of a state-of-the-art digital workflow and signature application for contracts, decisions, procurement approvals, and other documents, aiming to automate the contract signing and approval decision-making processes. The solution will include the following features:

  • Immediate and secure participation in workflows with digital document signing from any device,
  • Electronic Document Archiving and Analysis utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies,
  • Tracking and monitoring of the approval process for documents such as contracts, decisions, etc., including deadline management,
  • Audit trail recording and secure storage and transmission of data,
  • Immediate notification of involved parties regarding the progress and signing of a contract and/or approval,
  • Document template management and automated generation of contracts and approval forms,
  • Utilization of an “open” architecture with easy integration capabilities with third-party information systems (CRM, ERP, WMS, HRMS, etc.),
  • Ability to execute digital document signing workflows involving third-party individuals or legal entities (organizations, companies),
  • Creation of a peer-to-peer network for document exchange and execution of signing workflows.

EU funding: € 738,707.08
